Eligibility for Refunds:
• Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• To qualify for a refund, items must be:
• Unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
• Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Non-Refundable Items:
Refunds are not available for:
• Items marked as final sale.
• Gift cards.
• Items damaged or altered after delivery.
How Refunds Are Processed:
1. Return Approval: Contact us at Support@dekeshop.com to request a return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
2. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our refund eligibility criteria.
3. Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs:
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the refund is due to a mistake or defect on our part.
Late or Missing Refunds:
